We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee or money back. This includes all of our products and accessories.

We accept PAYPAL and VENMO, which allow any credit card to be used, plus cashier’s checks, bank checks and cash.
Personal checks must clear before we ship. Please inquire about other payment methods, including trades.

When ordering a custom board we generally ask for a  ’50 percent’ deposit

This allows us to order custom materials to make the exact board you desire.
We will email you updates including descriptions and photos during and after completion of  your board, for your approval at each step.

This deposit is 100% refundable up to 30 days after receipt of your board if you are dissatisfied with our services or products in any way. After 30 days of delivery, you may still return the board if it is in like-new condition. Likewise for non-custom boards. The cost of the board is refundable up to 30 days after purchase, if board is in like-new condition.
The exception to refunding a deposit is if the board has been customized heavily and cannot be easily sold to another customer. This decision is at our discretion.

The customer will be responsible to pay the return shipping. We will work with you to either replace the board or refund your money to your satisfaction. For the life of the board, we will correct any situation due to manufacturing flaws.

It is always best to keep the board from damage in the first place, for example, don’t wear metal jewelry that can cut or mar the board. Avoid extremes of temperatures whether hot or cold, and avoid prolonged exposure to full sunlight.  But if your board has been damaged, we are happy to give advice on how to improve the look and the quality of play.

For custom boards, we do not guarantee a delivery date, but we do our best to finish it as soon as possible.
